# Performance Dashboard

Once you activate the journey, you can analyze its overall performance or a specific message. If you've set up [**events**](https://guide.flarelane.com/guide-for-marketers/data-management/events), you can also analyze conversion performance.

On the customer journey list and detail page, you can check the overall performance of the selected journey. The click-through and conversion rates are the total numbers **minus any overlapping data** targeting the same users.

Once you activate the statistics switch after creating the customer journey, you can check the performance of each message by metrics.

On the top left-hand corner, there's an **In Progress** section, which shows the number of targets included in the sent message group but waiting for the specified waiting time to elapse.
